She helped me understand that it would take her 2 to 3 days to resolve the problem completely because necessary information would have to be updated step-by-step insuring that the problem that I had would REMAIN resolved.

I have asked over the past year for proof of the phone call I had with that employee and the so called visit to your or any other State Farm office again untrue
If you can provide that proof I'll move on but if not I go further and seek help to get this slanderous accusation resolved
