Unfortunately its gone bad fast over the last year or so and at this point is beyond disappointing. I've always believed in being loyal to someone who treats you good and provides great service so I didn't give up on them easily but at this point I have no choice but to look for a new agent. Under the circumstances you've left me no choice but to file a complaint with the California Department of Insurance and State Farm directly. It's crazy that after all these years you refuse to except responsibility for your agencies mistake and deny our previous conversation about these issues."
